WorkNC Technical Sessions in the USA
WorkNC Technical Sessions preluded two significant events in the CAD/CAM industry this year. Held throughout several cities across the Midwest and Ontario, the WorkNC team brought customers and prospects detailed Technical Sessions covering the many new and enhanced machining strategies available and also provided introductions to the medley of features released in WorkNC V.17. WorkNC V.17 had its debut to the moldmaking industry in booth #1114 at this year’s MoldMaking Expo 2005 held at the Rosemont Convention Center , April 19 – 21.

WorkNC Technical Sessions have brought over 300 customers and prospects face to face with WorkNC engineers who provide strategies for technical advancement in CAM and CAD functions within WorkNC and WorkNC-CAD.
Some of the Sessions offered included: Efficient High Torque Roughing, Corner smoothing for 3D Drive Curve path and Rib Machining defined by curves, Thin Wall Machining, Keyway path, Facing limited by curves and Auto 3 Axis to 5 Axis toolpath conversion.
On April 19th, the day before the MoldMaking 2005 Expo opened, the WorkNC team were in Rosemont, IL bringing these concepts to our customers and prospects in the area through the one day session.
